Can I Take Part?

To become eligible for the One Stop Convenience Stores Customer Survey, the entrant must be a resident of U.K. and must be at least 16 years old at the time of the entry. Employees of One Stop Stores Ltd. and their immediate family members, including but not limited to spouses, siblings, parents, live-in partners, or any other member of the household shall be ineligible. Representatives, agents, or any other individual or group who are connected professionally to One Stop Stores Ltd. shall also be considered ineligible. Any entries from agents, organised groups, and/or third parties shall be ineligible. Computer-generated entries shall not be accepted.

How Do I Enter?

Each Participant must have a purchase receipt or a survey invitation card from One Stop to enter. A reliable web connection is necessary to connect to the Internet using a smartphone, laptop, or PC. Participants must visit the One Stop Convenience Stores Customer Survey at www.mylocalonestop.co.uk, then enter the invitation code indicated on the purchase receipt or invitation card. Enter the Transaction Number if available, the click “Enter the Survey” button and provide the information required.

• Participants must complete the survey within the Sweepstakes time period.
• Each Participant shall be allowed a maximum of three (3) entries per month.

What Can I Win?

Entrants have the chance to win any of the following prizes:

Two (2) x £100 to be awarded as £100 each to two winners every month.

Two (2) additional prizes (to be drawn from 1st March 2023 – 30th June 2023 Prize-draw entrants and from 1st July 2023 – 28th February 2024 prize-draw entrants. Prizes are not transferable and no alternative prize shall be provided, in whole or in part. Winners are prohibited from selling the prize/s for profit. Any winner who does so shall be charged with fraud.

The Promoter has the right to offer alternative prizes that are equal to or of greater value to the prizes specified. The Promoter may also amend the terms of the promotion at any time without having to notify the public, should it deem the amendment/s necessary.

How Do I Win?

The Promoter shall select the Prize Winner at random. An entry must have complied with all contest instructions to be considered valid. All incomplete entries shall be considered void. The Promoter shall not be considered liable for lost, damaged, or misdirected entries.

How Do I Find Out If I Won?

The Sponsor shall notify the Winner up to 28 days from the end of the month. The winner is required to claim the prize within 14 days of their notification, otherwise, the Prize will lapse and shall be offered to a substitute winner. The substitute winner will be chosen based on the promotion rules.

General Conditions:

• Participants who join the promotion will be considered to have accepted the rules, Terms and Conditions, and agree to be governed by the rules. They also consent to the use and transfer of their personal data to InMoment Inc., 310 E 4500 S, Salt Lake City, 84107, United States (“Data Processor”) for the administration of the promotion and for any other purpose that the Participant has consented to. Entry instructions are considered part of the rules.
• By participating, Participants will allow any information they provide in the survey to be used by the Promoter and/or the Administrator in the administration and management of the prize draw. The Promoter may also use the information for the purpose of customer research. The Promoter may contact the Entrants to discuss their store experience if the Participants asked the Promoter to do so. The Promoter shall not contact the Participant for marketing purposes due to his/her participation in the survey.
• The Prize Winner shall allow the Promoter to use his/her name, voice, image, likeness, and biographical information for the promotion and advertising of the prize promotion in any type of media that the Promoter so chooses without the need to further notify and provide payment to any winner. The Prize Winner shall also agree to participate in promotional activities and publicity as reasonably required by the Promoter in connection with the promotion.
• The Promoter may also use any and all comments obtained from the survey from participating individuals to promote the survey to the public or to provide its customers information about how it improves customer experience. The Promoter shall obtain consent for this.
• The Promoter shall, at its sole discretion, disqualify any entry if there is reason to believe that the Participant violated any item found in the Terms and Conditions.
• The decision of the Promoter will be considered final and binding. The Promoter shall not participate in any correspondence associated with the prize promotion outcome.
• The Terms and Conditions, along with any disputes or issues which may arise due to or in connection with the Terms and Conditions detailed herein shall abide by English law. All participants shall irrevocably submit any issues or dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
• The entry for the monthly drawing shall close at 11.59 p.m. on the last day of the month. All entries received after this date will be included in the drawing for the following month.
• Two additional prize draws will be made for every 12-month period. The entry for the first drawing of the additional prize is 11.59 p.m. on 30th June 2023. Any entries not received after this date will be included in the next draw for the 2nd additional prize. The entry for the second drawing of the additional prize is 11.59 p.m. on 28th February 2024.
