About Strack & VanTil
Strack & VanTil is a chain of supermarkets with about 20 locations in the Chicago and northwestern Indiana areas. The company was founded in 1959 and expanded rapidly from 2000 onward, at one point having almost 40 stores. However, Strack & Van Til was forced to sell many stores after an involuntary bankruptcy petition was filed by several other food and beverage companies.
