You can enter a sweepstakes to win a Yamaha PRO 400 High-Fidelity Over-Ear Headphones as an appreciative token for taking the survey.
About Yamaha
Yamaha, founded in 1887 by Torakusu Yamaha, is a large Japanese multinational corporation based in Japan. It sells a wide range of products such as electronics, musical instruments and sports equipment. Yamaha is one of the corporations that constitute the Nikkei 225 in Japan. It is also the largest piano manufacturing company in the world.
Yamaha is also known for its motorcycles; however, the motorcycle division split from the main Yamaha business in 1955 to form a separate company called Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. The company’s logo, a trio of tuning forks, is also a well-known brand throughout the world.
How to Participate in the Star Customer Feedback Survey
You Must:
- Have access to a computer and Internet access.
- Be able to read English.
- Have your User ID.
- Be 18 years of age or older to participate.
Instructions:
- Go to www.Starcustomerfeedback.com.
- Read the small paragraph about the survey. To the left, in the black area, you can also view the sweepstakes information, such as rules. When you are ready, enter your survey invitation user ID into the boxes provided and click Login. It should be 12 digits and you can continuously type in the numbers without tabbing over to the next box.
- Answer questions. These questions will help you and the company. You may not know the type of information the company wants, but by using the questions provided, you can give them what they need. They appreciate this and make it easy to navigate and understand the questions. Please follow any directions provided and read the question thoroughly before providing an honest answer. Text boxes, multiple choice, yes and no questions, and scale questions may be provided to you.
- Enter the drawing. You can enter your contact information if you want to enter for the chance to win. Name, address, and telephone number may be required, along with email address. If there is an asterisk located next to a text box, this is a required piece of information. Close your browser window without entering information if you don’t wish to participate in the drawing.
