The information from the surveys are then used by the company to find out what needs to be improved so they can work on making the improvements. This survey is done online for your convenience.
It is important that you take the survey and provide honest feedback. Your feedback may be what is needed to make improvements throughout the store. Carrabba’s Italian Grill is an American owned chain of Italian restaurants. There are almost 250 Carrabba’s casual dining restaurants all over the US, although more are located in Florida than any other state. You Must:
- Have access to a computer and Internet access.
- Be able to read English.
- Have your recent Carrabba’s receipt that contains an invitation for the survey.
Instructions:
- Go to www.Carrabbaslistens.com.
- Enter the code from the middle of your receipt. This should be 15 digits. Click start. For those with an 18-digit code, you will need to visit tellcarrabbas.com.
- Answer questions. It is important to read all the directions and read through the questions prior to starting. This will give you a feel of the questions and give you time to think about your answers. Please be honest and thorough.
- Your receipt has a special offer printed on it. This may be a percentage off your bill or a free item. In order to redeem the offer, you will receive a code at the end of the survey to write down.
