You Must:

- Select the invitation you have, whether it is a receipt or an invitation card. Enter the Survey Entry Code from the invitation, or the café number and date from the receipt and click enter.

- Enter the drawing. Contact information (name, phone number, email address and more) will be required. If you do not want a chance to win, close the survey without entering information.
