Last month we told you it was time to stock up on winter gear and guess what advice we have for you this month….? Buy summer clothes! This is the time to buy bathing suits, shorts and t-shirts! Think about what sizes your family will need for the next time it’s warm and pick up deals you find at your favorite stores. There will also be water toys, swim gear and outdoor games and toys at low prices.

Back to School Deals

This is the biggest sale season for Back to School everything! Check out these tips to save on a Back to School wardrobe and the best ways to save on School Supplies. There are so many hot deals on everything you need and now is the time to buy, buy, buy. Stock up on extra and donate to someone less fortunate!

National Garage Sale Day

This year, National Garage Sale Day is on August 13th. I love finding treasures (and plenty of trash) at garage sales. If your neighborhood or city holds an event, check it out. Books, toys and furniture are at low prices and usually you can negotiate an even better deal.

Storage Supplies

With all the back to school and dorm sales, you can find some super low prices on storage. Stock up on Rubbermaid containers, Command hooks and more and get organized! Target has some great deals and you can usually stack a coupon with Cartwheel to save even more money on deal.

What Not To Buy

Don’t buy any new technology or anything that has a new version of a product coming out (hint, hint….Apple!). Fall is a great time to pick up deals on these items….We’ll keep you posted!

Also, if you shop at outlet stores, the best sales are Labor Day weekend. Hold out a little longer (until September!) for the lowest prices.
