Be more productive by knowing your biological prime time

Having recently read Chris Baileys Productivity Project book, I got interested in measuring what time of the day one is at his or hers most Productive. After the measurement phase is done, you can optimize your working days and other activities based on the results.

Most probably you have noticed in your own life how your Energy, motivation and focus fluctuate through out the day. Some times it's hard to get stuff done and some time it's trivial to dive straight into a state of flow. The peak performance points of your day are called Body Prime Time or Biological Prime Time.

You can find your own Body Prime Time, by diligently logging your hourly energy levels for a period of time and then looking at the results. Often people are doing this in excel or some such tool. I immediately searched the internet for an app to achieve make it easy and found none.

So, the logical next step was build an app for my self, to help me measure my own BPT. For fun and profit, I also put it on sale to let others do it easily too.
