With 2024 already in full swing, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on 2023, an Incredible year where we met new friends, watched familiar faces take their careers to new heights, and continued to serve the most amazing clients we could ask for.
Here are a few of our favourite things that happened throughout the year:
Welcoming new team members
In 2023, we welcomed 13 new team members, including four administrative team members. From our juniors to our directors to our admin team, we are running smoother than ever!
Promotions and career growth
In February last year, Miranda Cook and Aiken Luu stepped into their new roles as Directors. It has been no surprise to their team or their clients that they have been thriving in their new leadership positions.

Christine Meng Zhu embraced a new role as Manager in the Kelowna Office starting in January 2023.
As the year wrapped up, we celebrated Karthik Natarajan, Sharan Kaur, William Situ and Sophie Mai as they transitioned into their new roles as Managers starting this year.
A busy field work season
Our audit team had a busy summer visiting clients in Lytton, Toquaht, Campbell River, Bella Bella, and many more. Their dedication to providing personalized service to our incredible clients across the province was unwavering as always.
A case we just couldn’t quack
As you may have heard, we experienced a bit of an invasion in 2023, resulting in too many ducks in a row at our Richmond office.
We still aren’t sure about the origin of these little visitors, but they sure brought a lot of joy and Laughter to our office throughout the year.
Even more team growth this year!
Our 2023 recruitment push was a huge success, and we’re looking forward to continuing to work with the 11 new team members who started in January 2024.
