The Urban Development Review Board has approved a mixed-use project at 650 Northwest 8th Street and 678 Northwest 7th Street in Overtown, Miami, planned by 0101 Miami Properties, LLC, and 8th Street Connections Holdings, LLC. The 1.8 million square foot development, designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by V Starr, will feature 1,215 residential units, commercial space, and a parking garage, with construction beginning in 2025.
