The Federal Aviation Administration recently approved a new multi-block Development project in Overtown, spearheaded by Historic Overtown Partners, LLC, with Terra and Lion Development at the helm. The project includes four structures along Northwest 2nd Ave and features the Technology Arts Media Innovation Building, aiming to transform the area into a hub of innovation and creativity.
