A site work permit application for the 58-story luxury Tower Villa Residences has been submitted to Miami’s Building Department, signaling the start of an ambitious project in Edgewater. Designed by ODP Architects and developed by One Thousand Group and Terra, the tower will feature 72 residential units, a rooftop helipad, baywalk, and a restaurant operated by Major Food Group.
