Designs for the 61-story Brickell Gateway Tower have officially been submitted to the Federal Aviation Administration. Located at 90 SW 8th Street next to Brickell City Centre in the heart of Brickell, the 377,000 square foot project will bring residential units, office spaces, a hotel concept, and retail to the neighborhood.
