Stage 1

At this stage, skill assessment is done through the government agency of the Australia. This evaluation renders Department of Immigration and Border Protection to come to a conclusion on your skill and efficiency. At this stage governing body is the discretionary authority to judge the status.

Stage 2

Post Skill assessment, this step allows submitting Expression of Interest via Skill Select.

Stage 3

After receiving an invitation for applying the VISA post assessment. You can continue to submit the final application to Department of Immigration and Border Protection (Australia).

Visa Conditions (Subclass 189)

• This VISA is given for five years.
• You can work for the given VISA permit for you.
• In case, if you are not seeking Permanent residency, you can apply for Resident return VISA after two years of lawful stay in Australia.
