RETURN SHIPPING

Call us for a Return Merchandise Authorization ( RMA) number first. We cannot accept returns without RMA.

Please send your return Shipment through FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

NO INSURANCE VALUE should be declared. Don’t worry, our Insurance coverage will cover the shipment after it is scanned and confirmed received by the carrier.

Please DO NOT declare the contents of the package as gemstones or jewelry, you can declare as a repair/ return.

Email the tracking to your sales representative. Without tracking, our insurance will not be valid.

PACKING YOUR RETURN SHIPMENT

Please use the original inner packing materials provided if possible, with a new outer box to prevent tampering.

If you no longer have these materials, package it well-double or triple boxed using a combination of secure boxes/ envelopes, similar to how you received it.

Please make sure to include all of the items listed below in your return package.
□ Gemstones or jewelry items to be returned
□ Original Copies of all the certificates
□ A copy of your invoice with your RMA number
