It was a long road we took to get here, but we’ve finally arrived at the top. We’ve found the one Iphone Case by which all others will be judged. It’s not the most protective case or the most pocket-friendly case, but none of that matters because it is in the shape of a cat happily unloading both barrels on anyone who happens to be walking by. Ripndip’s Lord Nermal iPhone case is, as promised, lordly. There’s also the artistic value in using the case as a statement about our tendency to turn inwards in the age of connectedness, using a cat (key callback to the internet) to tell people exactly what they should do if they think about interrupting you while you are using your phone. That’s high concept stuff, and it’s exactly what we want to see in a smartphone case. In all seriousness, we’ve actually put this case to use — it’s awesome for obvious reasons, even if its odd shape makes it a little awkward for pockets.
