Clean Living Icon Kourtney Kardashian Has Revealed Exactly What She Eats Every Morning To Maintain Her Figure And Boost Her Energy Levels

While many of us have the desire to be healthy, the reality is that our culture is not set up in a way that allows us to achieve that very easily. Roughly 60 percent of the American diet consists of processed foods made with artificial ingredients and packed with added sugars and flavors.

The harsh realization of what the majority of Americans are putting in their bodies has inspired many people to take action to improve their health, including several influential celebrities, which has caused the idea of living a healthier lifestyle to experience a boom like never before.

One particular celebrity is especially known for her fit physique and emphasis on health—Kourtney Kardashian, the longtime Keeping Up with the Kardashians star, is such a fan of clean living that she even created her own wellness brand, Poosh.

On Poosh’s website, she revealed what she has for breakfast every morning to maintain her form and boost her Energy Levels.

Kourtney starts her day at seven in the morning. Upon waking, she takes some time to do a little reflection and connect with nature.

Afterward, she will change into her workout clothes. At 7:30, she will sip on some homemade apple tea filled with nutrients and organic ingredients, such as ginger and turmeric.

She calls it a “wellness staple,” which she brings with her on the drive to school. You can make the tea yourself at home by following this recipe.

Once her kids are dropped off at school, it’s time for her to head to the gym. At 11:00, she will enjoy an avocado shake that aids in digestive health and helps her muscles recover faster.

To make the shake, she adds one scoop of protein powder with bone broth and a frozen stick of E3Live + BrainOn, a dietary supplement that “promotes a balanced mood and increased focus and clarity.”

Then, she adds a serving of collagen powder, half a teaspoon of MCT oil, and a teaspoon of Hawaiian spirulina.

Finally, she will drink a matcha latte during morning meetings for Poosh. Her matcha lattes are usually made from scratch, but she has developed a matcha powder in collaboration with Vital Proteins that can simply be mixed with hot water or non-dairy milk.
