This 43-year-old woman has a 16-year-old Daughter.

Her Sister, 40, has a 15-year-old daughter, and her sister has always wanted their daughters to be close friends.

“She would only schedule playdates with my daughter and not any of her daughter’s school friends,” she said.

After a while, her Niece grew to despise her daughter. Her niece began stealing her daughter’s belongings on occasion, and then her behavior escalated to gossiping about her daughter and spreading lies.

In her opinion, her niece has been spoiled for her whole life, and she thinks that the dynamic between her sister and her niece is like one you would see on TV.

“She had a real-life brat as a daughter, but everyone in our extended family would brush it off as just a ‘fiery personality,'” she explained.

A few days ago, her daughter won a raffle at school. She won the grand prize MacBook. Her entire family congratulated her daughter, except for her sister, who didn’t really seem to care.

Her father’s 78th birthday party was coming up, and she’d sent invitations out ahead of time. On the invitations, she said that gifts were optional because she’d already bought her father quite a few gifts.

On the day of the party, her sister and her niece came over to her house and had a juice maker with some fruits to make smoothies, and they both dashed over to the kitchen to set up all of the smoothie ingredients.

Later on, the rest of the guests arrived and were hanging out together. Suddenly, she heard her daughter scream from upstairs in her room.

Terrified, she rushed upstairs to see what happened.

“I saw my niece with her juice maker and my daughter’s laptop covered in a smoothie-like mixture,” she shared.

“I yell for my sister to come upstairs, and she just comes out of the bathroom next to my daughter’s room.”

“She said it was no big deal and that the computer was probably waterproof. It isn’t. I said, ‘What was that smoothie doing out of the kitchen? And why didn’t you use the upstairs bathroom since upstairs is off limits?'”

Then, she told her sister that she should be financially responsible for repairing her daughter’s MacBook.

However, her sister tried to brush her off, saying that that isn’t what families do. Once her sister went back downstairs to the party, she called the cops to have her sister and her niece escorted out of her house.

After the chaos, the remainder of her father’s birthday party was uncomfortable, and there was a lot of tension.

Once the party was over, she received tons of text messages from the guests who witnessed everything, telling her that she should move on from the situation. Several people called her “entitled.”

She took the MacBook to a computer repair shop, and she was told that while they could fix the computer, it would be difficult to do so.

As the employees were inspecting the laptop, they opened the back of it and immediately noticed that there were several puncture marks in the wires and other internal parts of the computer, making it clear that her niece deliberately destroyed the laptop.

Now, she’s planning on filing a lawsuit against her sister for the damages to the MacBook. She doesn’t care about the opinions the rest of her family has about the situation or what she chooses to do to seek justice. She believes that her sister allowed her niece to get away with it, which is unfair.

So, she’s planning to seek out a lawyer soon.
