I’m going to be honest, I don’t always love Kombucha and I’m pretty picky about the flavors I do drink. The Kombucha Brew Dr. Kombucha makes tastes brighter and more refreshing than other Kombucha drinks I have had. The two flavors I got to review were Clear Mind, which has flavor notes of sage and rosemary, and Strawberry Basil, which tastes just like the name, along with green tea.

Skratch Labs makes a variety of products to help you recover after working out. I got to test them all out and was pretty impressed with the quality of them, as well as the fact that they’re made with all natural ingredients.
A lot of companies that cater to workout recovery products load them up with junk, so it’s great to find a company that just doesn’t do that. Also worth noting, everything tastes amazing and not like it’s fake or chalky, which is something that I find pretty common with these type of products.
The Sport Hydration Drink Mix was the first product from Skratch Labs that I tried. It’s packed with 800mg of electrolytes to help you replenish the sodium you lose from sweating. It keeps you hydrated faster than water would and is flavored with nothing artificial, just real fruit. The Sport Hydration Drink Mix is also vegan, dairy free, non GMO, and gluten free.
