Computex 2017 is winding down today, and after a week of massive processors and slim laptops, we’re ready to look back and pick our winners. That gets harder every year — Computex is on the upswing, with more and more exhibitors showing up to show off their goods. Even Dell, long absent from the halls of Computex, came around this year to show off some impressive gaming machines.

The competition was tough, but after a week’s worth of getting hands-on with the latest and greatest, we’re ready to pick our favorites!

Best All-in-One: Dell Inspiron 27 7000

If you don’t have space for a tower PC, but don’t want to skimp on processing power, all-in-one PCs are the way to go. Dell put together an impressive package with their Inspiron 27 7000, which combines an AMD Ryzen CPU with AMD RX500-series GPUs. A 1080p IPS display comes standard, but there’s a 4K option, too, and Dell has put dual stereo speakers beneath the display. Best of all, it starts at $1,000 — for that price, you’re going to get rock solid 1080p gaming in a device that includes the display and a pretty good sound system, and that’s a pretty good value.

Best Laptop: Asus ZenBook Pro

This being Computex, most of the laptops were of the gaming persuasion. But, Asus usually shows off all their good stuff at Computex, and this year, it included a new Zenbook Pro. Aspiring to be the non-Surface Windows 10 answer to the MacBook Pro, the 15.6″ ZenBook Pro runs on a 7th generation Intel Core processor and gets a nice 4K display, all stuffed into an 18.9 mm thick frame that weighs less than five pounds. A quad speaker array and USB Type-C Thunderbolt ports help push this machine into the upper ranks of the pro laptop world, and we’re still liking that deep blue and gold color scheme Asus has been working. It can even do a little gaming thanks to an Nvidia GTX 1050Ti GPU. It starts at $1,300, and while you won’t get all that good stuff listed above at that price, it still looks pretty compelling.

Best Monitor: Acer Predator Z35P

Caveat — it’s not technically the best. With HDR monitors arriving this year, the Predator Z35P looks modest in comparison to some other offerings, including those from Acer itself. But, for gamers skeptical of the value of 4K (a viable position), the Z35P looks like a reasonable way to get a 1440p widescreen monitor with some premium features. The addition of Nvidia G-Sync and ULMB technology should ensure stable performance without tearing, while covering 100% of the sRGB color gamut should help improve color fidelity. It’s not cheap at $1,100, but it’s a decent price for someone investing in a 1440p gaming rig.
