The colors of the leaves in Douglas County are at their Fall peak right now. So pretty. I am frequently out on the Central Lakes Trail and the portion of the trail between Lake Cowdry and Lake Brophy is especially beautiful. Here are a few photos and a video (so sound, safe for at work) I took earlier this afternoon. To reach this section of the Trail, turn on to West Lake Cowdry Road off of County Road 22. There is a decent sized parking lot on the right that is adjacent to the Trail and is for Trail users. It is going to be a fabulous weekend with highs in the 60’s. See you on the Trail.
