More Gun, Military Themed Coloring Pages Inbound to Beat Covid Blues

Take a break from the boilermakers and pick up a crayon, pencil or marker to try your hand at coloring some classics. (Photo: Chris Eger/Guns.com)

With the COVID-19 quarantine shutdown stretching into its second month, gun companies and museums have jumped on the free coloring page bandwagon.

While Guns.com dropped our in-house coloring pages a couple of weeks back, it’s great to see others stepping up to provide interesting sheets for those with a lean towards firearms and military history.

Coloring with the Cody

The Cody Firearms Museum in Wyoming this week released a whole book of sheets on their social media account that covers some classic arms– along with a history lesson– as well as vintage Winchester advertising.

Below are a few of what they have online.

“Once you color them in be sure to message us with a photo of your work and we will share some of our favorites!” notes the great folks over at the Cody.

Savage

Savage Firearms has released a series of downloadable pages to celebrate outdoor heritage while fighting cabin fever.

“Our thoughts are with all of the healthcare providers and first responders who continue to selflessly serve those in need,” said Beth Shimanski, Director of Marketing for Savage Arms. “But we’re all facing new challenges associated with the responsibility of social distancing. Savage fans would rather be out hunting, or plinking at the range, but they’re not. We hope this is might be a fun distraction.”

Anchors Away

Calling in the Fleet, the National Museum of the U.S. Navy has posted several pages of their own, recalling vintage 20th Century recruiting posters.

See if you can spot the M1903 Springfield.
