Alpine Innovations launches a new Scope Cover designed to securely affix to scopes, allowing hunters to traipse through the field without fear of losing the cover.
The ScopeSlicker NX utilizes two retaining bands which fit under the optic. These bands work to secure the ScopeSlicker NX to the scope and prevent it from falling, further protecting the optic from the elements. The neoprene cover is also equipped with two finger pocket microfiber cleaning clothes to help keep optics free from debris, finger oil and smudges.
“We knew we could improve upon what is on the market,” Darren Jones, CEO and designer of Alpine’s products, said in a press release. “We’ve heard that hunters were losing their scope covers while hunting in thick terrain. The last thing you want to do is damage or scratch your expensive optics. Now you no longer have to keep buying scope covers that fall off while you hunt. ”
Available in two sizes, the ScopeSlicker NX boasts the ability to fit a bevy of scope sizes, ranging from 12-inch to 17-inch in regular size and 14-inch to 20-inch in large. The flexible construction also works alongside scopes with high turrets.
Adding a little pop of color, the scope cover comes in four patterns — Alpine Mountain Camp, Stealth Shadow, Stealth Olive, and Stealth Tan.
Though the scope cover is currently up for grabs online, Alpine Products says the ScopeSlicker NX is set to hit dealer shelves in Spring of 2018 with a price of $24.99.
