It’s not often we receive 34 year old vehicles so when we do we love to find out the History behind it and the reason for selling!
“Initially I tried the Vauxhall Cavaliers owners club but with no luck, as they thought it was some kind of hoax, I went on line and found GiveaCar. It seemed a good way forward.
Since owning the car it has been regularly serviced. The automatic transmission was rebuilt by Wimbledon Automatics in March 2003 Mileage 113,498.
Timing fan belt changed May 2015 – Mileage 141,353. New automatic gear box speed sensors fitted, March 2017 – mileage 144,665. Steering rack replaced October 2018, Mileage 147,580.
The reason I am selling the car is due to the ULEZ widening to include my area. I am hoping an enthusiast will buy the car to restore it as it is nearly a classic.”
The vehicle raised £312.45 for The British Heart Foundation
