Historic Charlotte, Inc. has recognized Tryon Plaza for its Preservation efforts during the renovation of the twenty-story office tower which is now being sold as office condominiums. At its 11th Annual Blast for the Past Preservation Awards Ceremony held earlier in the month, a number of projects were honored for their contribution to the preserving of residential and commercial structures throughout the city.
