Real estate is expensive, we all know that. Are we peaking? Hard to say. Rates are still low and as long as we don’t have a nuclear war things should remain fairly stable. Right now as I write this there are currently 550 homes for sale priced between $675,000 & $725,000 in San Diego County.

I am a little bias because I grew up in Carmel Valley.
