Confirmed Covid-19 cases in Arizona reached 228,748 on Thursday, Oct. 15, an increase of 1,113 from the previous day, according to the Arizona Department of Health Services. The number marks the first time in almost a month that new daily cases in Arizona topped 1,000. The state has been somewhat effective over the last three months in combating the virus. While July saw an average increase of 3,075 new cases a day, Arizona averaged 877!
