“Do What You Love”

Morrion: My name is Morrion Perryman. I’m from Pensacola, Florida. I heard about the program in 2008. I was surfing the net and I came across Joe’s information online and it interested me because I always wanted to get into Real Estate. And as I listened daily to a lot of this information I became more interested and he seemed genuine. So I decided to give him a call and he, gave him a call, left a message, and he called me back. So it went from there.

Morrion: A business opportunity because I was tired of working for someone and I wanted to kind of be in control of my finances. So, yeah, when I went searching on the net that’s what I was, looking for something where, looking for genuine people who could mentor me to get what they, where they’re at, you know, and Joe seemed genuine.

Morrion: I want to say six, seven years ago. >>How long did it take you to do your first deal

Interviewer: And how much did you make from that?

Morrion: Three thousand dollars.

Interviewer: Can you tell me a little bit about that experience?

Morrion: I made the call here in Indianapolis. I explained to the seller that I was out of town and I would get with him when I got back. He was okay with it. Met with him and explained everything to him and I started marketing his property, in less than three weeks I had found somebody for the property. Probably about three hours all together.

Morrion: I did a deal in California, Diamond Bar, California, and I had a gentleman show that property for me and we made $10,000 on that deal. I was in Pensacola, Florida, and the deal was in Diamond Bar, California, so, doing this remotely does work.

Morrion: It was the same process, I chatted with the seller over the phone. I explained to the seller that I had someone that would be showing the property and she also met with him and we coordinated back and forth and we set up a showing. He showed it and he got back with me and we closed the deal.

Morrion: Probably about three thousand bucks per deal. I have, do them on location. It’s probably about that. But again, doing this remotely, you’re going to make a lot more Money.

Interviewer: What do you think it is, what do you think about it helps to keep, stay consistent?

Morrion: Marketing. You have to continue to market it. We’re learning that now. If you start slacking on marketing, nothing happens. Nobody knows what you’re doing and, you know, what you’ve got going on and, you know, no leads come in. So, we, you do have to stay consistent with marketing.

Morrion: As a real Estate investor my goal is to outsource and automate everything. I’m still working on that. I should only be talking to sellers only. And my ultimate goal is to be at a point where I don’t really have to worry about money ever again, you know, and be at a point where I’m just, I want to say comfortable, but you know, I want to be at a, by age forty-five, I want to be, I want to be a millionaire. That’s my goal. And so I’m working hard to get there.

Joe: Joe’s course helped me to buy my first property that I actually live in. It’s nice, about 2,200 square foot and that changed everything for me. Actually learning his process and actually doing it and I live in that house because of Joe and what he’s taught me. And so this, his course has impacted me in so many ways. I was able to pay off a lot of debt that I had and it just provides another source of income for my wife and I and we’re at a point where we won’t, she’s going to eventually stop working and go full time with me doing this. So, I appreciate Joe and everything he’s taught.

Morrion: My wife is planning on quitting her current job and doing this full time with me. >>So you do this full timeoutsourcing the rest of it because I am still doing some things but I just talked to Rick about that. We’re working on the outsourcing part now.

Morrion: We got the automation going with the Automarketer. Now it’s just having someone show the property without me having to be there to show the property, having someone do more marketing without me having to do the marketing. So those things is what I’m trying to get away from because it’s time consuming for me. But as far as the Automarketer, it’s doing a lot of the stuff as far as emailing them, voice blasts, text blasts, those things are in place but we have to work on the other and that’s outsourcing the rest of it manually.

Morrion: Get Joe’s program. He teaches how to do it with no money. And the for rent method allows to do this with no money. Get the program, go over it, come to these workshops that Joe has and eventually you’ll be there. But you have to stay consistent with it. If you don’t stay consistent with it it’s not going to work. Like Joe says, he promises you that if you do what he says do, you’ll make money, but he also promises you if you don’t do what he says you won’t make any money. Okay? So, that’s what I would say.

Morrion: Real estate investing is a life changer. I know there’s other vehicles out there that can get you there but real estate, eighty-five percent of millionaires made their, got there with real estate and adventured on to something else. So real estate can be very fun if you like dealing with people, so find something that you love doing and every, if you love doing it then the money comes when you enjoy doing something that you love doing. But you have to love doing what you, you know, doing this, okay? You have to love doing what makes you happy. And the money will come. I learned that. So it doesn’t have to be real estate. It could be something else. But find something that you’re good at and work on it until you become like an expert at it and have fun going it and then the riches will come I believe. That’s it
