Manufacturer’s from all over the world have been flocking to Georgia lately, new Manufacturing buildings and jobs are helping the state’s economy bloom. One major project in the state is the production of a $530 million tire manufacturing facility in LaGrange. The facility is planning to bring over 1,000 jobs to Georgia and will be about 70 miles southwest of Atlanta. The tire company opened the first industry 4.0 smart factory in China and plans to make the plant in Georgia an industry 4.0 smart factory. Continue reading →
