Job Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide support to Senior Management and staff on interpretation and application of policies and procedures and on other HR related matters in line with Local labor laws and Donor requirements;
Ensure all personnel records are properly maintained and are up to date and maintain HRIS;
Manage future Job Analysis and preparation of Job Descriptions/Specifications with department supervisors. Discuss and Plan HR budgets with sector heads/Project managers;
Monitor and evaluate recruitment and placement related activities of the Project office, while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures;
Liaise with Finance section and provide timely information to finance for the disbursement of salaries and allowances of staff.
Plan and develop orientation materials and ensure new employees are properly oriented;
Ensure the maintenance of staff leave records according to SCI leave and benefit policy;
Monitor staff benefits and coordinate paper work relating to health insurance and EOBI of staff;
Plan and identify Staff Development and Career Management needs and develop Training and Development Projects to enhance SC/US staff effectiveness;
