• Businesses contribute 50% of project costs.

• Businesses contribute 50% of project costs.
• Grant value capped at £35,000.
• A limited number of grants are available.

These higher-value grants will be limited in number, and businesses must demonstrate how their projects will have a transformative impact on their operations, going beyond simple hardware upgrades.

Telecommunication Project

DE3 will still support telecommunication projects. The emphasis, however, will no longer be solely on broadband speed. This change allows DE3 to accommodate projects that involve second-line installations or address issues with internal network speeds within offices, factories, warehouses, and other business premises. Subscription services will continue to be supported if invoiced and paid for in advance, while retrospective projects will not be eligible.

Digital Grant Eligibility Criteria

• DE3 supports Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds, and Wakefield businesses.
• Businesses must have a trading period of over three years.
• VAT registration or annual taxable turnover of £85,000+ required.
• B2B businesses are eligible.
• B2C businesses must generate over 50% of their turnover outside West Yorkshire.
