So many people are finding it hard to afford their heating bills.  Julie Ford (who I have worked with in the past when we developed our kit for helping tenants unable to pay rent) has now set up a new Scheme in collaboration with her local Fire Service.

This is to support their officers who visit people in their homes to provide fire safety advice, with advice on sourcing help to pay utility bills – in particular for heating.  

This particular scheme is limited to Bedfordshire, but there is no reason why it could not be set up in other counties.  Find out more in the short video below:
