A webinar with solicitor David Smith of JMW Solicitors

We had a huge amount of interest when David Smith delivered a Webinar for us on the ‘Breathing Space’ regulations back in February.  You can watch it from our YouTube Channel here.

Since then things have been rather quiet on the breathing regs front – until now.  A new case has just been published which sheds some light on how it all works, so we invited David Smith back to talk to us again.
