In my Opinion Youtube and future video sharing websites are poised to replace television in terms of how we as a society get our information and entertainment.Youtube's marketing potential  is astronomical. Not to mention the money making potential of Youtube's partnership program that enables users to place advertisements on their videos.So what are some ways to cash in on hugely popular public industry that's sure to only get larger?

First and foremost an online entrepreneur must realize that Youtube and search engine traffic are different.Youtube taps into a whole different demographic.Its likely that a potential inquiring customer,sale or subscriber to will first look to Youtube before a search engine.Bottom line is people are more likely to view a video before reading text.

One must also consider how search engines are integrating video's into their search results.As you probably already know Google now has a prominent tab on the side of all search results where you can see if there is a video about whatever your searching for.9 times out of 10 there is a video available and popular video's on the subject are even displayed on the regular search results without clicking the video tab.There really is no reason not to find a way to integrate your online business with Youtube.If you have a blog about it make a Youtube channel about it and upload video's.Its really as simple as that.

Pookie's Vlog Formula 

Im currently in the process of making a gaming Vlog (video blog).I'm an avid gamer so creating a blog in the gaming niche makes sense.I want the blog to feature video's in every post and I'm shooting to generate a reader base early on.I haven't even started on the blog yet but what I already done is record videos of the past few games I played.These videos I uploaded to youtube and posted them as walkthroughs.Although none of my video's are terribly popular at the moment I already managed to gain over 50 subscribers in a little over 2 weeks.So by the time I get my blog up and running with posts regularly indexed on major search engines I will already have an established traffic stream via Youtube.
