Niagara is at the final stage of crossing the t's and dotting the i's. She's different in many ways from the current full size sailing replica, but she's also similar in many ways.
Her finalized design is shown below, the drawing includes some of the different scenarios and speculations as to her design.
The Model is still awaiting her boat, anchors and flags. Most of the rigging has been Completed, a little bit of the running rigging is to go still.
The 'flagwork' has been completed and the model should be fully completed by weeks end.
