Palm Springs Area Home Sales for July 2016

The table below shows the detached home sales for select cities in the beautiful Palm Springs area for the month of July 2016.

The final sales prices for all five towns ranged from a low of $90,000 for a major fixer at 19651 Cooper Road in Palm Springs, to a high of $8,000,000 for 74675 Wren Drive in Indian Wells. There really is something for everyone in Coachella Valley.
