It is a Core Banking upgrade, so anyone with a Corebanking background for current account/savings account knowledge and PMP certification will be highly desirable.
PM Role/Responsibilities:
- Execute and deliver medium to large projects both fixed price or time and materials, moderately complex in nature; ensuring that customer solutions are delivered on time, within scope, to budget and to the required quality standards.
- To cover Scope documented in Statement of Work document;
- To control costs such that projects are Delivered within specified profitability margin;
- To control project within committed schedule; Forecast: Provide accurate and timely forecast for resource usage and revenue recognition;
- Project Reporting: Provide timely project status reports and other project Management reports;
- Degree in a related field and/or Project Management certification (Prince2 or PMP);
- Typically requires 5 or more years of application software Implementation experience, along with 3 or more years of industry experience. (banking);
- Atleast one implementation full cycle of any core banking project as Project Manager on Flexcube, Misys Equation, Temenos T24
- 3 years experience as a project manager in another setting
- Prior experience as part of a project management team (lead role with planning, resource management and issue/change responsibilities) that successfully managed a full life cycle implementation;
