PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER (VOICE)
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES
· Total of 7+ years of experience out of which minimum of 5 years experience in Product Management from the GSM Telecommunications Industry.
· Review and propose rollout of new customer value propositions / products
· Manage all stages of product development process to ensure new product innovations/enhancements reflect customer needs
· Oversee product positioning, pricing and go-to-market strategy implementation
· He or she will be expected to drive the execution of all activities related to project which requires an ability to navigate through the organization system and a strong collaborative communication style.
· Experience having been involved in planning, designing and implementing the Voice products.
· Excellent experience in demonstrating project management competency in Voice products
· Budget and Business Case for Voice products roll out
· Profitability analysis by product by benchmarking of KPIs between operations. (Revenue, ARPU, Traffic) Evaluate and take actions on how to improve Voice sales and profit margins.
· Manage interface between product development and technical team to ensure smooth and timely product to market
· Continuous evaluate and follow-up of launched products and business cases, KPIs per product
· GSM product management experience is mandatory for this role
· Excellent Verbal and Written English communication Skills
· Previous work experience in a multi-national, multicultural environment will be an added advantage.
· Maturity to work in a multi-cultural environment.
