Yes, I am literally checking in on you because I care.  There is way too much going on in the world  that can drain you dry of your best energy and all together sense of wellness.  Yes, there are alternatives, and no, they are not always easy.  Then again, with a few exceptions, no one right now is living on Easy Street.
