So now that you are here reading my blog, what next?
Just like I do, you have opened your mind to the mechanisms and philosophy of this very misunderstood industry and you are excited about your business. However, you maybe a little unsure and slightly confused on how to achieve your goals.
When I began in the Network Marketing industry, I had no idea where to start. My upline seems new in the business and we are finding our ways to develop this business... or some other new associates that joined the business, their so-called mentors or uplines are too busy trying to find new recruits to devote any serious time to train and mentor them.
Does that sound familiar?
Unfortunately it happens much too often and leaves a bad after taste in new associates' mouths for the months to come.
At that time, I became desperate for any information and resources on the internet that would help guide me in the right direction. I searched, read, researched any methods that could help me in my business.
What I found recently would change the way I look at Network Marketing forever, and I will for you too.
I found a group of Network Marketers, working together to form the Mentoring-For-Free mastermind team. When I started to research them, I found they had over 26 years of experience in the Network Marketing industry training and coaching leaders in ANY Network Marketing company - for FREE! Yes, you heard me.... FREE!!!
Sounds too good to be true, isn't it?
I thought so too. I said to myself, "I know there's probably some catch". After I have expressed interest in the system, I was contacted by a member of the Mentoring For Free team. To my surprise, we had a great 30 minutes long conversation about the industry and I was taken aback that he never once mentioned what company he was with or that he never tried to sell me any products or business ideas. When I told him I was looking for information resources that can help develop me as a leader, he recommended an E-book called Success In 10 Steps. He also mentioned that anybody who is aspiring to be a Network Marketer should read this FREE E-book.
I was honestly inspired by what I read in the book. I would like to give you a little background on the author, Michael Dlouhy. Michael has over 30 years of experience in the Network Marketing industry and is well respected by many Network Marketing experts for his integrity and knowledge of Network Marketing. Besides an industry Mentor, Michael Dlouhy also sits on the Executive Committee for the Distributors Rights Association. (Those are the good guys).
He was shocked and disappointed by how many companies made huge profits not on product sales, but instead by selling a ton of worthless marketing materials to the associates who trusted and believed in them.
