8. Andre Russell

Andre Russell, who is the dangerous batsman in IPL for years, is also known by the name Muscle Russell. Russell can tonk the ball a long way and even his mistimed shots clear the fence on almost all occasions. In IPL 2022, he scored 335 runs at an average of 37.22 and a strike rate of 174.

6. Suryakumar Yadav

SKY or Suryakumar Yadav is an aggressive batsman and one of the best batters going around in 2022. He has a 360-degree range of shots and his shot over fine-leg is his trademark. He could only play 8 matches due to injury but managed to score 303 runs at an average of 43.29 and a strike rate of 145 in IPL 2022. The sky is now a regular India player and is arguably the most dangerous batsman in the IPL. He helped the Mumbai Indians clinch the IPL titles in 2019 and 2020.

5. David Miller

The Killer Miller has always been a really dangerous T20I batter but also was very consistent with the bat in IPL 2022 season. He scored 481 runs in the tournament at an extraordinary average of 68.71 and a strike rate of 142.72. Miller was the 6th highest run scorer in the IPL 2022 and played 2 really fantastic knocks one against CSK where he smashed 94 not out and helped GT chase a target that looked really impossible at one stage. 3. Deepak Hooda

Deepak Hooda came of age this IPL season and showcased his class to the world, earning an India call-up days after the IPL. Hooda is a tall and powerful lad who can clear the boundary with ease, he also plays spin really well. He scored 451 runs at an average of 32.21 and a strike rate of 136.66 this season. 

2. Dinesh Karthik

The comeback man Dinesh Karthik was on fire in the IPL 2022. Batting lower down the order Karthik finished games for RCB on a number of occasions this season. In 16 matches, Karthik scored 330 runs at an average of 55.00 and a strike rate of 183.33.
