On the morning of August 7, 2023, Mayor Fan Jiyue of Panzhihua City, Secretary-General Hu Jiankang of the Municipal Government, Deputy Director Xiao Wencai of the Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau, as well as leaders from the Management Committee of the Vanadium and Titanium High-tech Zone, visited our company. They were accompanied by Ms. Zhou Yushu, the Chairwoman and General Manager of the company, and Mr. Jiang Ge, the Director of the Production Technology Center and Sales Director.

During the visit, Ms. Zhou provided a comprehensive introduction to the company’s operations, production processes, and future Development plans to Mayor Fan and his delegation.

Mayor Fan and his delegation, accompanied by Ms. Zhou and Mr. Jiang, visited the company’s fully automated production and packaging line, as well as its main products. Mayor Fan highly praised the company’s management philosophy and its outstanding achievements and contributions to the local economic development. Mayor Fan emphasized the need to implement the strategy of building a strong industrial city, promote the comprehensive and effective development of a modern industrial system led by the industrial sector in Panzhihua, and further stimulate the vitality of the private economy. He emphasized the importance of implementing preferential policies for enterprises, focusing on solving problems related to enterprise financing and resource guarantee, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of private enterprises and entrepreneurs in accordance with the law, and fully supporting the development and growth of the private economy. He also highlighted the role of leading companies and “chain leaders” in driving and guiding the development of more small and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurs in the path of “specialization, refinement, uniqueness, and novelty” through resource integration and project cooperation, and continuously improving the development system. He stressed the importance of cultivating market entities, promoting the transformation of individual businesses to enterprises, the growth of small businesses, the transformation of ownership, and listing on the stock market. He called for balanced development and safety, urging companies to strictly implement their responsibilities for safety production and ecological environment protection, continuously deepen hazard investigation and rectification, strengthen safety management, and resolutely prevent major accidents, firmly safeguarding the bottom line of safety development.
