Stellantis Aims To Sell Up To 500,000 Vehicles To Ayvens Across Europe

The leasing and Fleet management business Ayvens and the Franco-Italian manufacturer Stellantis (STLAM.MI), opens new tab, said on Monday that they had agreed a multibillion-euro framework deal to sell up to 500,000 vehicles throughout Europe over the following three years.

As per the arrangement, Ayvens’ affiliates will purchase the cars for its fleet of long-term leases throughout Europe; Stellantis stated that the first delivery volumes are anticipated to start in the first half of 2024.

The deal’s specifics, such as order amount, compositions, and delivery dates beyond the quantities previously scheduled for 2024, can be flexible agreed upon by the two firms, based on fleet requirements and demand, according to Stellantis, which owns brands including Chrysler, Jeep, and Fiat.

According to the statement, Ayvens’ clients will have access to brands including Alfa Romeo, DS Automobiles, Fiat, Opel, Peugeot, and Vauxhall. It also mentioned that in the future, the brand availability can be expanded to include Stellantis’ whole product line.

Stellantis Chief Executive Carlos Tavares stated that the partnership “will aid the progressive transition of Ayven’s client base to choosing more sustainable mobility options.”

The Fleet Management and mobility firm LeasePlan was bought by ALD Automotive, a subsidiary of Societe Generale (SOGN.PA), a French lender, last year, leading to the creation of Ayvens.
