Describe who you are as a person, inside and outside of the workplace.

I am an enthusiastic person who loves to help people evolve in life. I am always eager to learn new things and explore new opportunities that can make a positive difference in the world. I am very passionate when it comes to sports, music, health, and technology.

Describe your background and what did you do before you started/joined the company?

As a seasoned wealth manager and entrepreneur, I have over 20 years of experience in leading and launching successful businesses in various sectors, such as technology, healthcare, and finance. I have a strong passion for innovation and social impact and a proven track record of delivering outstanding results and value to my clients and partners.

Tell us about the inception of the company. How did it all start?

The idea to establish the company started with a problem I experienced 10 years ago when I moved from Florida to Switzerland: my most valuable belongings got stolen from a storage facility in Miami. This situation prompted me to find the Ivault platform in order to help people retrieve stolen or lost items with the help of the community.

What has made you successful? What do you value?

If you look at life as an ongoing learning process and always keep a positive attitude, then good things will naturally come to you. Since I see myself as a spiritual being, I believe in karma, honesty, and love.

Which are the major services of the company, and how does the company get ahead in the competition? What value-added services does the company provide?

Vault Group AG has two subsidiary companies. Vault Security AG focuses on B2B, helping companies prove the authenticity of their products by providing verifiable transparency to their customers. With our solution, we can show the whole lifecycle of a product on the blockchain. Ivault AG, on the other hand, is a B2C company that helps users retrieve lost or stolen items on the platform by offering a finder’s fee as an incentive. The new version will also offer a marketplace where people can lend or borrow items instead of buying new, and this way they can get rewarded for a sustainable lifestyle through our incentive program.

What are the most important aspects of a company’s culture? What principles do you believe in, and how do you build this culture?

Sustainability plays a huge role in the philosophy of our company. By creating both platforms, we want to prove that verifiable information is more important today than ever before. In my humble opinion, the biggest innovation is made when you create a platform where people can help each other to make this world a better place.

What is the significance of innovative ideas in the company?

Innovative ideas have huge significance in our company since, especially in technology, innovation is the driving force for success.

Give us your opinion on; do organizations rely heavily on individual heroics or team processes?

I strongly believe that you get the best output as a team; every person has different strengths, and nobody is perfect. Unfortunately, a lot of people can’t do that because they cannot let go.

What are your responsibilities as the Founder/CEO/ Managing Director of the company?

I see it as my responsibility to make a positive impact on my team, keep them motivated, and remind them why we do what we do. I also represent the company in public, so it is very important to be as diplomatic as possible.

What is the happiest part of your daily routine?

When I see happy and satisfied customers.

What advice would you give someone going into a leadership position for the first time?

Always keep a positive attitude, learn as much as you can, and never give up. In addition to that, try to surround yourself with like-minded people who are even more knowledgeable than you. This way, you learn really fast.
