Ariane Gorin, president of Expedia for Business, is in charge of Expedia Group’s global B2B business, which includes an ecosystem of travel providers, companies who advertise on the Expedia Group platform, and partners that use Expedia Group technology. From hotels and vacation rentals to airlines, banking institutions, travel agencies, and others, this rapidly expanding segment assists partners in connecting with new travelers, delivering valuable services, and driving performance. Gorin was also in charge of Egencia, the leading digital travel management platform, until its acquisition by American Express Global Business Travel in 2021.
Gorin was previously the President of Expedia Business Services, which included Expedia Partner Solutions and Egencia. Gorin joined Expedia Group in 2013 as Vice President of Market Management for EMEA and has since aggressively developed the hotel network in the region. Gorin spent ten years at Microsoft in different sales, distribution, and marketing roles before joining Expedia Group. She worked as a consultant for the Boston Consulting Group in both San Francisco and Paris before joining Microsoft.
Gorin holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BA in economics from the University of California, Berkeley. She now serves on the board of directors of Adecco Group and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra’s advisory council in London.
