JOB POSITION: Biogeochemical Modeler

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

- You will lead our biogeochemical modeling efforts to support our core product: a soil carbon measurement, reporting, and verification (MRV) platform

- You will work to identify the correct model inputs and assemble datasets to parametrize soil biogeochemical models

- You will run simulations of biogeochemical models to measure and model soil carbon and calibrate biogeochemical models to data from field trials and optimize models to improve accuracy

- You will upscale calibrated models to the other fields in a soil carbon project working with limited data

JOB POSITION: Partnerships Lead

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

As our partnerships lead, you’ll drive our growth engine by building relationships with our prospective customers and turning them into happy users. Beyond selling to customers, you’ll also be developing relationships with ecosystem & distribution partners to help us develop mindshare and generate inbound demand.

JOB POSITION: Product Design Lead

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

As the Product Design Lead, you will own the entire product design org and be responsible for both the look and feel of a product that will be touched by many large brands and millions of users. You will interface directly with customers to understand how they feel about the product and guide the product accordingly. We understand that people do judge a book by its cover, and we’re dedicated to ensuring users are delighted each and every time they interact with our products.

Your input will be valued and highlighted at every stage of the product development process, from mocking up new feature ideas to mapping use experience flows. As our first Product Design hire, you will play a foundational role in defining and building out the Product Design function.

Degree at Top 25 US University

4-10 years of product design, UI, and UX experience

We are hiring a Staff Frontend Engineer to help shape the future of a new music economy that values artists and their music while connecting fans more closely to the music they love.

As Staff Frontend Engineer, you will lead technical direction for our engineering team while contributing as an individual contributor to our code base. You will help build and maintain our user-facing suite of tools. This includes our core song and artist pages for listening parties, artist tools, community management tools, governance and membership tools to empower the next wave of artists and their communities.
