Mercans Launches Customer Advisory Board

The Board will have representation from Mercans’ top enterprise customers cutting across a diverse set of industries/sectors.

The Customer Advisory Board is set to meet regularly, offering a dedicated platform for direct communication between Mercans’ management team and top enterprise customers. The Board will meet to deliberate and offer counsel on customer issues and emerging technology trends to help Mercans align its innovation roadmap to the strategic requirements of its customers and create the right solutions for the market. 

Quarterly conference calls and other communication channels will provide regular opportunities to discuss the course of action and market developments.

Recognizing the complexities inherent in managing compliance across diverse international jurisdictions where our clients operate, and the desire for a unified, code-based solution spanning all regions, the Board aims to collaboratively tackle these challenges head-on.

With a specific focus on the integration of Human Capital Management (HCM) and payroll systems, as well as mitigating the complexities associated with multiple vendors, the Advisory Board endeavors to provide valuable insights and innovative solutions that will empower our clients to navigate the intricacies of the global payroll arena with greater efficiency and ease.
