Nakheel, the well-known UAE developer, has gone a step further and appointed Fibrex Contracting and Ginco General Contracting as the Contractors to build its new luxury residential project, District One West, in MBR City .

District One West will include 467 luxury villas and mansions with four to seven bedrooms. The process of construction here is set to start once the award of contracts has been concluded.

To address the appointments, Mohammed Rashed, the Chief Projects Officer at Nakheel, said that not only Fibrex and Ginco have been working in the area for a long time, but they also have a strong experience that will be very useful to Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City development. Fibrex is an Abu Dhabi contractor who has dealt with many exceptional projects, whereas Ginco focuses on the construction of commercial, industrial, and residential buildings.

“We believe that in the execution of this project, their dedication to quality will be a benefit to it,” Rashed said.

The District One West luxury villas will be situated in a closed community village next to The Meydan Hotel and Meydan Golf Course. The project will generate easy access to highways like Al Khail Road and Meydan Road.
