Dubai’s Luxury Real Estate Developer Unveils $17M Palm Jumeirah Villa, Aims for 100 Sales by 2030

A new luxurious property developer known as 25 Degrees has launched in Dubai. The company plans to promote one hundred excessive-stop residences by 2030.

David von Rosen found 25 Degrees. He is an international entrepreneur and investor from Germany. Von Rosen has invested over $136 million of his own money in the new company.

The first property from 25 Degrees is a $16.9 million villa on Palm Jumeirah. The 5,800-square-foot beach villa finished in January 2024. The developer partnered with Sotheby’s International Realty to sell it.

Next, 25 Degrees plans to build large 10,500-square-foot seaside villas on Palm Jumeirah. After that, they want to develop luxury homes in other prime areas of Dubai.

Von Rosen said Dubai is attracting more and more ultra-wealthy people from Europe and the US. These high-net-worth individuals want spacious homes built in a European style with high-end finishes. He thinks this type of luxury property is lacking in Dubai. 25 Degrees aims to fill this gap in the market.

The new villa on Palm Jumeirah has imported European furniture and fittings. It uses top-rate stones like white onyx and marble from Italy, Greece, and Brazil. The kitchen has Gaggenau appliances.

Demand for luxury homes in Dubai is surging. A report said sales of properties over $10 million grew by 92% last year. Dubai sold over twice as many super prime homes as New York City.

But most new development has focused on areas inland. 25 Degrees wants to build homes in established, desirable neighborhoods like Palm Jumeirah instead.

Last year, almost 4,500 millionaires moved to the UAE. The company hopes to target these high-net-worth individuals looking for luxury lifestyles in Dubai.

Von Rosen said Dubai offers the best lifestyle and business opportunities globally. That’s why the wealthy are moving here. 25 Degrees aims to provide the kind of high-end European-style homes they want.

The goal is to scale up rapidly and sell 100 luxury properties by 2030. The focus will be on prime locations across Dubai at first. But the company plans to expand to the wider region eventually.
