Job description

Role
-The Administration Officer position is integral to the smooth running of the clinic and requires high level customer service, communication and leadership skills. This may include conducting new member clinic tours, processing payments, answering incoming calls, managing the appointment schedule.

Responsibilities 
  • Assists in the coordination, supervision, and completion of special projects, as appropriate.
  • Provides assistance and support to the office principal in problem solving, project planning and management, and development and execution of stated goals and objectives.
  • Appointment book management & Financial transactions and reconciliation 
  • Liaising with external stakeholders & General administration
  • Upkeep of the clinic, Assisting chiropractors & Face-to-Face customer service
Successful applicant's Requirements
  • 5+ years admin experience
  • Problem-solving skills and Ability to communicate effectively
  • Willing to learn and ask questions and Technological and systems literate
  • Teamwork and Strong attention to detail – numerically and tasks based Offer value to your workplace and be the Health conscious
