About the role:

As a Retail Marketing Coordinator, you have to support eBay’s customer service, retail and marketing teams to ensure that they are set up and supported to deliver on their customer promises. You have to work closely with the category management, Product and other retail facing teams along with the retailers themselves to identify opportunities for engagement and operational improvements to help deliver better marketing campaigns and improve the customer experiences for their retail customers and to help them grow their sales too.

You will predominantly support the Retail Marketing Manager to help deliver on their marketing campaigns and retail facing initiatives.

Responsibilities : 

  • Managing the campaign briefing process with internal stakeholders and managing expectations of global stakeholders .
  • Local and global stakeholder management to deliver new marketing initiatives and  Managing ad-hoc retail marketing campaigns.
  • Ad hoc campaign management and Ad hoc campaign support.
  • Building content within our marketing channels such as seller center & in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Coordinating content and call/email scripts from relevant business stakeholders.
  • Channel execution incl. Email builds, eBay Retail Centre updates, community posts.
  • Compiling and delivering seller marketing campaign performance reporting.

Successful applicants will need the following skill and attributes:

Marketing Field


  • 1-2 years working in a sales and/or marketing admin role and ability to self-educate, learn fast and work autonomously
  • Strong prioritization skills, strategic thinking and attention to detail.
  • Highly desirable - 1+ years experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud or other CRM platform experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and achieve communications/marketing and customer goals and Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in managing reporting and delivering tangible insights & actions and Strong prioritization skills, strategic thinking and attention to detail.
